Like many venture-backed Fintech firms, One Finance was growing their customer base via multiple digital channels. However, social platforms proved uniquely challenging. They partnered with SocialScience to hit aggressive year-end goals and maintain the quality of new accounts.

Targeting improved through value-based lookalike and intent-based audiences. Creative tests quickly determined best-performing headlines, product imagery, asset-types (static, video, animated), and social-proof. On the reporting side, SocialScience developed an automated data-merge process to marry platform data with customer data so real business KPI's could be monitored daily.
